Nova Lab Clinic operates on a direct-pay model and does not bill insurance providers. However, we do accept HSA and FSA payments where applicable for your convenience.
Are in-person visits available?
Our services are designed to provide flexibility. We offer fully remote consultations and care plans, but can also arrange for in-person lab testing when required — depending on your location and comfort level.
What geographic areas do you serve?

Do I need lab work or diagnostic testing?
Yes — we strongly recommend lab work when starting a program. Diagnostics ensure we understand your baseline health and personalize your treatments safely and effectively.
Where and how is lab work done?
We partner with trusted, licensed diagnostic labs across the country. After you complete the requisition, you can visit a nearby lab for blood work or other testing.
How long until I receive my lab results?
Turnaround time varies depending on the tests ordered and the lab’s processing time. Once results are in, your provider will review them and schedule a consult to discuss findings and your personalized plan.
Are the clinic’s providers licensed and qualified?
Absolutely. All our medical providers are fully licensed professionals. They oversee treatment plans, review diagnostics, and prescribe therapies based on clinical best practices and up-to-date research.
Where do your medications and therapies come from?
We source all medications and therapies from reputable, regulated pharmacies and suppliers. We ensure they meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
When will I receive my medications or treatment materials?
Once your treatment plan is finalized and any prescriptions are approved, medications or therapy supplies are shipped or otherwise made available promptly. We’ll keep you informed of delivery timelines.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because we deal in medical prescriptions and individualized treatment supplies, returns or exchanges generally are not permitted — except in cases of damage or manufacturer error. If you have concerns about your order, contact support immediately so we can evaluate the situation.
Will I have ongoing support during my treatment plan?
